Before 1 day of your trip, you can cancel your trip by submitting full cancellation charges that might be 80% of the total amount of Australian trip. For few tours, we don't offer cancellation policies like skiing and adventurous tour, as here we have to deal with the third party. Before  booking all read below cancellation policies that will allow us to fulfill all your need with better facilities. If you cancel family, adventure and honeymoon tour, full amount will be returned back.

● 90% of your deposited fund will not be returned back , if you cancel your Australian trip before 1 day.

● 75% of your deposited fund will not be returned back, if you cancel your Australian trip before 1 week.

● 50% of your deposited fund will not be returned back, If you cancel your Australian trip before 2-3 weeks

Medical Cancellation Refunding:

Whenever you choose any of our tour package, we will provide you to choose suitable medical cancellation refund.For that you have to add any of the medical certificated with your tour cancellation form. We will refund all your money along without flight charges. Use the manage booking portal for all the cancellation process. If you are having any of the medical issue following are the changes that you can change in your tour package:

● Change of route

● Change of Hotel

● Change of flights timing

● Cancel Itinerary

Change of date policy: 

You can change the date of your australian tour package only before 10-5 days before your trip date. Usually the dates can not be changed by every tour company. Change of date may be also subject to an additional fee that falls in the line of cancellation policy charges.

Great Barrier Tour Cancellation Policy:

Following cancellation tour will apply for all the Great Barrier Reef Tours and Liveaboard Tour

● 100% cash back before 15 days prior to departure date

● 50% cash back before 20-30 days prior to the departure date

● 25% cash back before 30-45 days prior to the departure date 

● Great Barrier Reef liveaboard will not be refunded before 48 hours of the departure.
